Data & Privacy

Privacy Policy

This page covers information people send through the Project CS website. A separate engagement agreement covers client work after terms are agreed.

Hire Form Data

The hire form asks for your name, business, email, website, service, tasks, hours, timezone, channels, tools, preferred experience, budget, and start date. Project CS uses this to prepare a discovery call and a role brief.

Application Form Data

The careers form asks for your name, email, phone, location, experience, service, tools, availability, expected rate, work setup, a resume or portfolio link, and a written scenario answer. Project CS uses this to decide whether to continue a conversation.

Where Information Is Kept

Submissions are stored on the server that hosts this site, in private files. There is no public page that lists them. Applicant details are shared with a client only inside the recruitment process, and only as a profile for that process.

Retention Period

Project CS keeps a submission while a conversation, application, or engagement is open, and deletes it when the process is closed or when you ask.

Asking for a Copy or Deletion

Use the Hire Form. Start the tasks field with “Privacy request”, include your reference if you have one, and say whether you want a copy or deletion. Project CS has not published a separate contact email yet.

No Sale of Information

Project CS does not sell the information sent through these forms.
